AWMF-0200 5G Module Quad Core Dual Polarization Beamformer IC
The AWMF-0200 is a highly integrated silicon quad-core dual polarization IC designed for 5G phased array applications. With eight antenna ports supporting four dual polarization antenna elements, it enables both horizontal and vertical polarizations in phased arrays. Two common ports allow simultaneous processing of both polarizations, while integrated beam steering controls provide phase and gain management for half-duplex Tx/Rx operation.
