Product Overview

The AWMF-0241 is a CMOS Ku-band Transmit (Tx) SATCOM beamformer IC operating in the 13.75 to 14.5 GHz frequency range. This advanced component features four dual-polarization radiating elements with full polarization flexibility, gain compensation over temperature, and temperature reporting capabilities. Designed with ESD protection on all pins and operating from a +1.2V supply, it comes in a Flip Chip Chip-Scale Package (FC-CSP) for straightforward integration into planar phased array antennas.

This transmit beamformer is complemented by the AWMF-0240 Ku-Band Receive (Rx) SATCOM beamformer IC. Together, these components enable satellite user terminal providers to achieve the industry's most compact, power-efficient, and cost-effective phased array active antenna solutions.
