The ADN8834ACBZ is a monolithic thermoelectric cooler (TEC) controller featuring an integrated linear power stage, pulse-width modulation (PWM) power stage, and two zero-drift, rail-to-rail operational amplifiers. This advanced controller supports both negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistors and positive temperature coefficient (PTC) resistive temperature detectors (RTD), with target temperature set via analog voltage input from either a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) or external resistor divider.
