The LM5164DDAR is a high-performance integrated circuit chip featuring a 100V 1A synchronous buck DC/DC converter with ultra-low quiescent current. Product Overview
LM5164DDAR synchronous buck DC/DC converters integrate high-side and low-side power MOSFETs to deliver up to 1A output current. Utilizing Constant-On-Time (COT) control architecture, these converters maintain nearly constant switching frequency with excellent load and line transient response. The devices feature ultra-low IQ and diode emulation mode operation for high light-load efficiency, along with thermal shutdown protection with automatic recovery. AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
