LTC5582IDD Integrated Circuit Chip RMS Power Detector with 40MHz to 10GHz Frequency and 57dB Dynamic Range ±0.5dB Accuracy
The LTC5582IDD is a 40MHz to 10GHz RMS responding power detector capable of accurate power measurement of AC signals with wide dynamic range, from -60dBm to 2dBm depending on frequency. This device precisely converts AC signal power into equivalent decibel-scaled DC voltage on a linear scale, independent of input signal waveform crest factors.
Ideal for precision RF power measurement and level control across various RF standards including LTE, WiMAX, W-CDMA, CDMA2000, TD-SCDMA, and EDGE. The DC output features a low output impedance amplifier capable of driving high capacitance loads. Packaged in a 10-lead 3mm * 3mm DFN and pin-to-pin compatible with the LT5570.
