Product Description

NCV8406BDTRKG 65V 7.0A Low Side Drivers are three-terminal, self-protected smart discrete devices designed to switch various resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads. The NCV8406BDTRKG Low Side Drivers feature integrated Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection and Drain-to-Gate clamping for overvoltage protection. Additional protection features include short circuit protection and thermal shutdown with automatic restart.
