Product Description
The LCP1521SRL integrated circuit chip has been specifically designed to protect new high voltage and classical SLICs against transient overvoltages. Positive overvoltages are clamped by 2 diodes, while negative surges are suppressed by 2 thyristors with their breakdown voltage referenced to -VBAT through the gate. These components feature very low gate triggering current (IGT) to reduce current consumption on printed circuit boards during the firing phase.
