Product Overview
IMX515-AAQN is a CMOS active-pixel solid-state image sensor with a diagonal length of 6.4 mm (1/2.8-inch format) and a square pixel array, offering 8.46 million effective pixels, making it suitable for colour cameras.
IMX515-AAQN is powered by three separate supply voltages—2.9 V for analogue, 1.1 V for digital and 1.8 V for the interface—and features low power consumption. By employing a red, green and blue (RGB) mosaic filter, it achieves high sensitivity, low dark current and no motion blur. The chip is equipped with an electronic shutter and offers variable charge integration time.
