IMX250MZR Sensor IC 2/3 Inch Polarization CMOS Image Sensor with 5.07 Megapixels and Global Shutter LGA-226
The IMX250MZR is a polarization image sensor with a diagonal of 11.1 mm (2/3 inch) and 5.07 million effective pixels, featuring an on-chip global shutter with four-way polarization elements. This polarized image sensor incorporates multi-directional polarizing elements on the photodiodes of each individual pixel. In addition to luminance and colour information, it captures polarization data that is difficult for conventional image sensors to detect, making it suitable for inspections where visualization or identification was previously challenging. The IMX250MZR features on-chip analogue memory and a global shutter function, enabling the capture of high-quality images with a realistic focal plane.
