IMX990-AABJ-C is an SWIR sensor with a diagonal of 8.2mm (1/2 inch) and an effective pixel count of 1.34 million. Utilizing SenSWIR technology, it enables pixel refinement that was previously difficult to achieve, allowing for higher pixel density and a smaller sensor size, while capturing images across multiple bands from visible light to SWIR. Furthermore, it supports digital output and is equipped with features suitable for industrial cameras, such as a global shutter and trigger mode.
