IMX991-AABA-C is a 1/4-inch, 0.34MP, InGaAs short-wave infrared (SWIR) CMOS sensor with global shutter and built-in TEC cooling, designed specifically for industrial inspection, semiconductor applications, night vision and thermal imaging.
