The IMX585-AAMJ1 is a diagonal 12.84 mm (Type 1/1.2) CMOS active pixel type solid-state image sensor featuring a square pixel array with 8.40 M effective pixels. This chip operates with triple power supply (analog 3.3V, digital 1.1V, and interface 1.8V) while maintaining low power consumption. It delivers high sensitivity, low dark current, and no smear, and includes an electronic shutter with variable charge-integration time.
