IMX993-AABJ-C is a high-resolution, high-performance SenSWIR™ InGaAs short-wave infrared (SWIR) CMOS sensor featuring a 1/1.8-inch format, 3.21MP resolution, global shutter, integrated TEC cooling and LGA packaging. It is designed for industrial high-precision inspection, semiconductor and high-speed production line applications.
