The OPA657N/250 is a 1.6GHz, low noise, FET-input operational amplifier that combines high-gain bandwidth and low-distortion voltage-feedback with a low-voltage noise JFET-input stage. This configuration provides exceptional dynamic range for high-precision ADC driving and wideband transimpedance applications. Photodiode applications benefit from improved noise performance and bandwidth using this decompensated, high-gain bandwidth amplifier.
