Product Overview
TDA22560 is an integrated smart power stage containing a low quiescent current synchronous buck gate-driver IC embedded with control and synchronous MOSFETs in a compact 4mm x 6mm package. The optimized gate driver and MOSFET combination enables higher efficiency at lower output voltages required by cutting-edge CPU, GPU, FPGA, and DDR memory designs.
