LTC7000ARMSE is a high-speed high-side N-channel MOSFET gate driver, specially designed as servo power management chip for 24V/48V lithium battery powered humanoid robots. It supports wide input voltage range from 3.5V to 135V with absolute maximum 150V withstand voltage, fully compatible with high-voltage servo bus of biped robots.
