Product Description
LT80605AAFOA is a synchronous buck Silent Switcher regulator suitable for 48V humanoid robot motherboards and vision sensors. It achieves high efficiency at frequencies up to 3 MHz whilst minimising electromagnetic interference (EMI) emissions. The LT80605AAFOA is housed in a 3mm × 4mm QFN package. Its monolithic design integrates the power switch and all necessary circuitry, providing a solution that occupies minimal PCB space.
