Product Description
IPT60R080G7 is a 600V CoolMOS™ C7 Gold Superjunction Power MOSFET in PG-HSOF-8 package. This innovative CoolMOS™ C7 Gold superjunction MOSFET series (G7) combines the benefits of improved 600V CoolMOS™ C7 Gold technology, 4-pin Kelvin source capability, and enhanced thermal properties of the TO-Leadless (TOLL) package. This enables a possible SMD solution for high current hard switching topologies such as power factor correction (PFC) up to 3kW and for resonant circuits including high-end LLC applications.
