NB3L202KMNTXG Integrated Circuit Chip 350MHz Differential 1:2 HCSL Clock Fanout Buffer
The NB3L202KMNTXG is a differential 1:2 clock fanout buffer featuring High-speed Current Steering Logic (HCSL) outputs. This device accepts differential LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL signals directly, and can accommodate single-ended LVPECL, HCSL, LVCMOS, or LVTTL levels with proper external Vth reference. The input signal is translated to HCSL and provides two identical copies operating up to 350 MHz. Optimized for ultra-low phase noise, propagation delay variation, and low output-to-output skew, the NB3L202K is DB200H compliant.
