Product Overview Of SMI230
SMI230 is a combined inertial sensor designed for non-safety relevant applications. The flexible accelerometer and gyro can be operated individually or tied together for data synchronization.
SMI230 detects acceleration and angular rates in three perpendicular axes and enables tilt, motion, vibration, or shock sensing regardless of the sensor's mounting orientation. This eliminates the need for different sensor housings for slant-angle correction.
