QM13144 Low-Loss 4xSPST RF Switch Integrated Circuit Chip with 600 MHz to 6,000 MHz Range in Ultra-Compact QFN Package
QM13144 is a low-loss 4xSPST (single-pole, single-throw) RF switch designed specifically for high-performance antenna tuning applications, capable of meeting the stringent requirements for ultra-high voltage handling. The device is housed in an ultra-compact QFN package (1.5 mm × 1.5 mm × 0.4 mm), and all RF paths feature low on-resistance, low off-capacitance, and ultra-high RF voltage handling capability.
