IMX297 is a global shutter image sensor with a diagonal of 6.3 mm (1/2.9 inches) and 400,000 square pixels, designed for monochrome cameras. Equipped with Pregius technology, this sensor enables high-speed, distortion-free imaging with high image quality.

IMX297 utilises a global shutter mode with variable charge integration time and features low power consumption, high sensitivity, low dark current and low PLS, making it suitable for sensing and embedded vision applications.
