1. Description:
PCD Wire Drawing Dies are the wire drawing tools applied in the production of soft wires (such as copper and aluminum wires) and hard wires (such as stainless steel, alloy steel). The core is Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD). Except for Finished PCD Drawing Dies, we also supply semi-finished PCD Drawing Dies according to customers’ requirements.

Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) has the characters of high hardness and good wear resistance. Compared to Tungsten Carbide Dies, PCD Drawing Dies have better wear resistance, more uniform abrasion of inner hole, and higher drawing efficiency.
