PCD Drawing Dies are wire-drawing tools applied in the production of soft wire products such as gold wire, copper and aluminum wires, and hard wire products such as stainless steel, tungsten and copper plated steel wires. By drawing wires through diamond dies with bigger apertures and then smaller ones, as well as taking advantage of the wire's extensibility, a wire with gradually thinned circumference and smoothier surface can be produced.

Note: The above hole sizes are recommended for soft wire.In case of hard wire drawing,the maximum hole size should not exceed 65% of them.
