1. Description:

Multinano-crystal resin bond diamond is widely used for manufacturing resin bond grinding wheels. Its unique fracturing characteristic produces a free cutting action that provides optimal performance when machining nonferrous materials such as tungsten carbide, glass and a variety of ceramics.

1) Light green color, blocky, the most tough product. Widely used for heavy duty application demanding long wheel life.

2) Dark green color, medium tough and micro-friable multinano-crystal, irregular sharp, perfect self sharpen ability. Best choice for maintaining grinding performance and tool life.

We also do chemical nickel coating of different levels (Standard levels of nickel coating by weight are 30%, 56%). The coating provides excellent heat dissipation and increased particle retention in the bond system, thus improving wheel life and workpiece integrity.
