1. Description:

We offer a wide range of PCD cutting tool blanks and PCD cut pieces (tips) for all the application areas and tool types used in woodworking industry. Our PCD blanks for woodworking in fine, medium, coarse, and mixed grains can be tipped on various types of woodworking tools. The tools tips with Viewlink PCD pieces have long lite and can be used to cut and process all kind of wood industry including solid wood, chipboard, MDF/HDF, laminate flooring, wood composite, veneer and reinforced particle panels, etc.

2. Specification:

Fine micron series are suitable for processing solid wood, bamboo, plastic; middle grain sizes are good for universal applications for chipboard, wood composite, MDF, laminate flooring, etc. The mixed microns and rough micron series are mainly for HPL veneer floor, PVC flooring board, MDF/HDF, and reinforced particle panels.

1). Special overall thickness, such as 0.8mm. 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 2.5mm, etc. are available for customization.

2). Special PCD thicknesses are also available for customization.

3). Both regular and irregular PCD cut tips in various shapes or profiles are available in accordance with customers’drawings.

3. Application:

• Used for cutting and machining a variety of non-ferrous metals and nonmetallic materials.
• Average diamond grain size: 2μm, 5μm, 10μm, 25μm and mixed grain.
• PCD cutting tool blank effective diameter: 58mm.
• Polished and non-polished PCD surface optional.
• The thermal conductivity is 1.5 to 9 times of tungsten carbide.
• 50 to 250 times longer life than tungsten carbide cutting tools.
• Non-standard products customized.
