working principle
The clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is boiled by the hot air. Because the hot air is in extensive contact with the material, the heat and mass transfer process is enhanced, so it can be dried in a relatively short time. If the continuous type is used, the material enters from one end of the bed, after tens of seconds to a few minutes, boiling and drying, and automatically flows out from the other end of the bed. This equipment is generally operated under negative pressure.
This fluidized bed dryer can achieve automation and continuous drying process. It has a high drying speed and a low temperature and the product quality can be ensured, meeting GMP requirements. The heating resource can be steam, electricity or furnace.
Application
Drying process of medicines, chemical raw material, foodstuff, grain processing, feed and so on. For example, raw medicine, tablet, Chinese medicine, foodstuff of health protection, drinks, maize germ, feed, resin, citric acid and other powders. The suitable diameter of raw material is normally 0.1-0.6mm. The most applicable diameter of raw material will be 0.5-3mm.
Adapt to materials
Suitable for drying and cooling of powdery and granular materials in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, dehydrated vegetables, grain, minerals and other industries. Such as: citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulfate, compound fertilizer, dill, silk, soybean meal, distiller's grains, seeds, slag, sugar, etc.
