Zs Rectilinear Vibrating Sieve Machine for Fine Material
1. Working Principle:
ZS sieving machine utilizes double vibrating motors as driving source, when two motors synchronous reversely rotate. Eccentric block generates are undone in parallel with the direction of motor axis and united as one across the motor axis direction, so its motion track is linear.
There is an angle of inclination two motors axis relative to screen deck. Under the influence of resultant force of exciter force and material self weight, material are throwed up to make saltatory and linear motion forward.
2. Applications
It is widely used in chemical industry, grain and food industry. Specially used for fine/powder or small granular material to classify different levels of materials. It can be also applied in flowing line to achieve automatic operation.
