Introduction of SiC ramming material

SiC ramming material is made of silicon carbide, graphite and electric calcined anthracite as raw materials, mixed with a variety of ultra-fine powder additives, and made of fused cement or composite resin as a binder. It is used to fill the gap between the furnace body cooling equipment and the masonry or the filler for the leveling layer of the masonry. Silicon carbide ramming material is exclusively produced by our factory. Due to the addition of a corrosion inhibitor with high hardness and good corrosion resistance in the ramming material, it can reduce the erosion of alkaline substances on the furnace lining; The thin liquid slag hangs a layer of slag on the furnace lining to form a slag film, which plays the role of protecting the furnace lining.
