Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide bricks have high strength and strong creep resistance and nitridation resistance. The high temperature resistance is above 1850 ℃, and it also has the function of not being wetted by metal, and has the characteristics of good thermal shock resistance at high temperature and low thermal expansion coefficient. Silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide bricks are mainly used for electrolytic cell lining, ceramic kiln furniture, blast furnace tuyere water-cooled pipe sleeve bricks and calcium carbide furnace door. Not only has the effect of energy saving and environmental protection, but also the service life is 1-2 times longer than that of silicon carbide bricks.
