Product Description
High Alumina Refractory Castable is an indeterminate refractory castable with an overall aluminum content of more than 75% composed of high-aluminum aggregate with a content of aluminum oxide greater than 75% as a granular raw material, combined with high-aluminum powder and additives. After the initial setting, the standard curing to 28 days, the compressive strength can reach 40--60MPa.
The High Alumina Refractory Castable combines the characteristics of traditional refractory materials and adopts the most advanced ultra-fine powder application technology, which highlights the improvement of the high-temperature volume stability of the castable, so that the organizational structure of the product forms a firm anchor-like multi-directional crystal structure at high temperature. The overall structural stability of the lining body is ensured, and the service life is 2--3 times longer than that of traditional castables.
