Vertical Cartoning Machine Introduction

XQ-VC160 vertical box packing machine is a vertical continuous motion for cardboard packaging machine, which may be adjusted according to different pre-folded and pre-cut boxes with reverse or direct baffle. 

The vertical cartoning machine/box packing machine manufactured by SICIAUTO picks a single piece from a stack of folded cartons. Further, it fills it with the product or multiple products in a vertical direction through the open end and seals the flaps of the carton by tucking an end flap of the carton or putting on glue or adhesive.

Machine Principle

The cartons are placed vertically in the feeding box, from where they are automatically removed. They are then sucked up by vacuum pipettes (siphon cups). The removed cartons are placed in the middle of the 4-claw guide of the conveyor chain. From this point on, the cartons will follow the next command in different steps:

- close the upper side, lower baffle;

- open side, higher baffle;

(allow easy introduction of the items in the carton);

- mark a batch number (high or low) on the main baffle;

Step 3 close the bottom of the carton:

1. Pre-shaping,

2. Close,

3. Fold.

- manually placing the product by 2 or 4 operators;

- close the upper outer side, upper baffle;

-3 steps to close the top of the carton as before;

- output enclosed cartons between 2 side felt conveyor belts.
