Functions and features

• The device is designed to evenly coat slurry on the surface of the film according to preset thickness and length. The coated film orderly rewinds to the winding air expansion shaft after drying in the drying box, correction and tension control.
• The foundation of the coating head.
• Gap mode: backup roll driven by a servo motor
• Tool setting way: imported displacement sensor is adopted. It is driven by a servo motor. An auto loop-closed adjustment is realized.
• Scraping knife gap: the straightness of the scraping knife is adjustable.
• The drying box: electrical heating/steam heating/oil heating are adopted. Hemicycle blowing way from top to bottom is adopted. Blast capacity is in frequency conversion control and damper control.
• Optional item: NMP solvent concentration detection and alarm are equipped in the drying box. Online thickness detection system is equipped.
• Control system: PLC, servo motor, tension controller and pneumatic components are all selected from famous foreign products.
