Functions and features

• CCD detection system: Online detection of front and back electrode coil and automatic labeling of bad pole pieces, CCD detection of automatic closed-loop correction and slitting of scraping area
• Automatic coil threading mechanism: Equipped with automatically threading function by chains
• Unwinding mechanism: Adopt functioms of automatic closed-loop tension control system, AVG trolley docking and automatic feeding and unwinding ultrasonic coil diameter monitoring
• Dust removal system: Unique negative pressure vacuuming cavity structure with static elimination device
• Industrial vacuum cleaner: It is used to collect pole piece dust
• Edge material pulling mechanism: Edge materials on both sides are independently and automaticly pulling with independent control of tension and separate edge bins automatically collect edge materials
• Rewinding mechanism: The upper and lower slip shafts are equipped to ensure the same winding tension of each roll,rewinding automatic pushing and unloading mechanism
• Unique slitting knife seat structure ensures quick changeover, and the changeover time is less than 0.5 hours
• Optional: Ceramic slitting knife, cursor-assisted positioning for rewinding and unwinding, etc
