Function Description

• The equipment is suitable for the mass production process of trimming, double folding, dispensing and ironing of polymer batteries. The main functions include: scanning code, side shaping, trimming and corner folding, one-time folding, one-fold hot pressing, glue dispensing, CCD detection, second folding, side hot and cold pressing, unloading clamping and shaping, blanking, etc. The equipment is compatible with three-in-one, and two-fold rollers are used directly for three-in-one folding, which is compatible with the production of single and double pit cells of the main body. The seller needs to cooperate with the second-sealing blanking manipulator (the pull belt extends into the inside of the second-sealing machine equipment), and unload the material to the tray and complete the AGV or logistics line docking
