1. The squeezing die head and the precision metering pump are imported from Japan. The machine adopts hydrodynamics and is driven by a precision servo motor so as to ensure thestable flow of slurry.
2. Continuous coating, gap coating, continuous, zebra-stripe coating and tin-word-format coating can be achieved.
3. Coating gap control: high-speed radio tube + high-speed air cylinder + independent gas circuit. It is controlled by a high speed straight servo valve. Several methods are available.
4. The flow channel of the squeezing die head, the spacer and the gap control valve work with control system to achieve good control of the edge, the beginning and the end of coating.
5. Coating slurry flows in the airtight pipe and the squeezing die head, which makes it hard to be polluted and to be affected by the environment.
6. Non-stop auto roll-changing; high efficiency; two winding ways: the front-side winding and the reverse-side winding.
7. The drying box: actively go through roller baking oven and floating oven; heating modes like electric heating, steam heating and oil heating are available.
8. PLC, servo motor, tension control system, auto correction system and pneumatic components are imported from overseas top brands.
