Functions and features

• The foundation of the coating head.
• Gap mode: backup roll driven by a servo motor
• Tool setting way: imported displacement sensor is adopted. It is driven by a servo motor. An auto loop-closed adjustment is realized.
• Scraping knife gap: the straightness of the scraping knife is adjustable.
• Thickness trimming of head and tail: The speed ratio of iron roller and back roller is adjusted and controlled. At the same time can choose the function of cutting thin blade gap.
• The drying box: electrical heating/steam heating/oil heating are adopted. Hemicycle blowing way from top to bottom is adopted. Blast capacity is in frequency conversion control and damper control.
