Function Description

• This device is designed to pierce battery air bags of flexible packaging EV-battery, pump vacuum and seal

Technical Feature 

• Double-station rotating material transfer. Material loading and unloading, and sealing can be done at the same time
• Turntables, the upper cavity and the lower cavity constitute a closed sealing cavity so as to meet the requirements of vacuum sealing.Electrolyte separation box is equipped. Electrolyte elimination channel is improved to alleviate pollution of vacuum source
• The machine is controlled by PLC to achieve auto control. A touch screen is equipped to achieve man-machine dialogue, which is convenient for operation
• Output statistic function is included. Functions of manual and automatic operation are included. Fault alarming function is included
• Sealing temperature, pressure, time and pump down time can be preset. Temperature abnormal alarm function is included
• Maintenance air cylinder of the head in the upper cavity is included. When it is in maintenance, the upper head and the knife come out of the cavity, which makes it convenient for maintenance
• Material transferring turntables is driven by a precision cam wheel splitter. The positioning precision is ≤30'’
• The parallelism of the upper and the lower head : ±0.01mm. the degree of alignment can be adjusted through regulating mechanism
• Pressing plate of the battery in the cavity can produce pressure through the air cylinder or spring
