Function Description

• The equipment is mainly used for the production of automatic vacuum secondary variable liquid injection of square aluminum-shell power lithium battery. With conveyor belt material, liquid injection before sweeping code (with a liquid injection and data binding), automatic rotating pulling nail into, pour before weighing, bad product sorting collection, automatic liquid injection on the fixture, liquid seal before detection, automatic vacuum variable injection fluid, high and low pressure circulation let stand, pour cup of residual fluid collection, pour cup with filler mouth after cleaning, pour the conveyer belt clamp, note after weighing, automatic injection liquid DMC cleaning, CCD positioning back to helium sealing nail, sealing nail detection, conveyor belt discharge and other functions

Technical Feature 

• The equipment adopts vacuum injection liquid, high and low pressure breathing static

• The heavy rotary bearing is used to support the rotary table, and the transmission speed of the rotary table is controlled by the same service instead of the original CAM split ginger drive, so as to avoid the deformation of the rotary table in the process of using the equipment and the pressure preservation of the cavity cannot meet the technological requirements

• The liquid injection fixture is equipped with automatic clamping function to prevent battery deformation in the production process

• The device is equipped with a wireless mobile secondary screen for easy maintenance and operation

• The liquid injection cup body of the equipment is made of special glass, and the situation of each set of cup body can be clearly seen in the production process

• Before liquid injection, the cleaning system of liquid injection cup and liquid injection nozzle is added to improve the liquid injection accuracy and avoid the secondary fouling of the battery caused by the liquid injection nozzle

• After liquid injection, add liquid injection nozzle to connect residual liquid system to avoid contamination of the battery shell by electrolytic body fluid

• The injection nozzle adopts tapered inset injection to avoid the step of the battery injection nozzle. The electrolyte at the right Angle connection cannot be cleaned
