Function Description

  • This deviceis suitable for z-shaped lamination of anode and cathode plates and separator of lithium ion battery cell. The anode is folded first (the same side or the opposite side of anode and cathode ears). After lamination is completed, the separator is heated and side glue is attached
  • Optional configuration: pasting mode can be pasting side glue or flat glue, the end coil separator and the number of end coil coil can be set, the discharge of the cell can butt the whole line conveying line, it can be upgraded to a cutting and folding machine, the end of the cell dust removal after the separator is cut
