Function Description

• This machine is suitable for mass production process of automatic liquid injection package for flexible packaging lithium ion battery (compatible with blue tooth battery).Main functions of this machine: automatic feeding of ammunition clip, automatic scanning and input of battery bar code, manual input of batch number of incoming electrolyte, weighing before liquid injection, vacuum liquid injection, vacuum static setting, vacuum packaging, packaging after liquid injection, NG sorting, discharging of battery magazine and other functions

Technical Feature

• The equipment cavity is equipped with automatic detach mechanism, which facilitates the maintenance and adjustment of the internal mechanism of the cavity
• The cavity sealing station can be rotated 90 degrees, and the sealing block is facing the operating position to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of the sealing block
• Injection method: ceramic piston injection is adopted to improve injection accuracy and stability and injection speed
• It can work continuously for 30 days without cleaning the piston sleeve
• Stable performance: the package structure can keep the stability of sealing for 3 months
• Model changing time: ≤4 hours, 2 personnel ( remove the time for changing electrolyte, the type changing personnel should be proficient in equipment operation )
• Low replacement cost, fixture using screw adjustment, fixture without replacement parts, equipment manipulator all use servo feeding, replacement and modification of parameters, other parts less replacement
• There is an infusion box under the injection nozzle to prevent dripping
• The injection cavity, vacuum cavity and sealing cavity are equipped with spreader plate and vacuum throttle valve to control the vacuum flow, so as to prevent the electrolyte from atomizing and contaminating the cell by extracting the electrolyte from the air bag
• Liquid injection cavity, static cavity, sealing cavity movable sealing element adopts EPDM lip sealing ring, which has good air tightness, corrosion
• resistance and good pressure retention effect
