Functions and features

• Unwinding mechanism: Adopt automatic closed-loop tension control system and unwinding ultrasonic coil diameter monitoring;
• Dust removal system: Unique negative pressure vacuuming cavity structure with static elimination device;
• Industrial vacuum cleaner: It is used to collect pole piece dust;
• Edge material pulling mechanism: Edge materials on both sides are independently and automaticly pulling with independent control of tension;
• Rewinding mechanism: The upper and lower slip shafts are equipped to ensure the same winding tension of each roll;
• Main frame: The base is natural aging treatment of large castings, which is stable for long time without deformation;
• Unique slitting knife seat structure ensures quick changeover, and the changeover time is less than 0.5 hours;
