testing agency in Italy, the fire resistance limit time of rock wool is: 50mm thick rock wool sandwich panel for 30 minutes, 75mm thick rock wool sandwich panel for 60 minutes, 100mm thick rock wool sandwich panel for 120 minutes, and the fire resistance grade is A1.
2. Good thermal insulation, the thermal conductivity of rock wool sandwich panel is 0.043W/㎡K after testing.
3. Remarkable effect of sound absorption and heat insulation: The rock wool sandwich panel has a significant reduction effect on noise transmission, and is especially suitable for places with strict requirements on noise. In addition, after the rock wool roof panel is used, the indoor sound caused by the impact of rain and hail on the roof steel plate of the building is also significantly reduced. After passing the test, according to ISO 717/82 and UNI 8270/7 standards, a sandwich panel with a density of 120kg/m3 and rock wool as the core material is selected, and the sound insulation effect can reach RW=29-30 dB.
