The Person Air Shower is a local source of purification equipment placed at the entrance of the clean room and aimed at the effective separation of dust before people enter the clean room. The high-speed clean airflow can sweep the particles and dust on the surface of clothing and thus exclude the contaminants in the dust-free area, which consequently keeps the level of internal cleanliness and the process environment of a cleanroom.

How the Decontamination Air Shower Works

The core function of the Decontamination Air Shower is to "air wash" incoming personnel with high-speed, highly efficient filtered airflow. The principle is as follows:

• When a person enters the air shower, the door automatically closes, initiating the air shower cycle.

• The air supply system, equipped with a HEPA filter 99.99% @ 0.3μm, releases a high-speed, clean airflow of 25–30 m/s.

• Multi-angle nozzles sweep the body from multiple directions, quickly removing dust and particles adhering to clothing surfaces.

• After the air shower concludes, the exit door automatically opens, allowing personnel to enter the cleanroom.

• The system features interlocking controls, intelligent sensing, and automatic reset functions to effectively prevent cross-contamination.

• This process takes only 10–30s, significantly reducing the likelihood of contamination sources entering and ensuring a stable internal environment.
