Q: Do you provide any free spare parts in each order?
A: Yes, a certain amount of spare parts will be provided for free spare parts , including module,power supply,receiving card,led lamp,IC etc.
Q: If have quality problems, how do you solve them?
A: Please provide relevant videos and photos within one month of receipt of the shipment. We will verify it at first. If it is really quality problem, we will work with the engineer to assist you in solving the problem. If we Can not solve it, we will give you a refund or resend you new one for free, but we will not bear the freight.
Q:What is LED?
A: LED is sanded for Light Emitting Diode, a kind of semiconductor which is used to give and receive the electronic signal into infrared rays or light, using the characteristics of compound semiconductor.
