Electrical insulators for medium and high voltage applications, such as insulators, transformers, and other insulation products.
Processing Methods
Conventional gravity casting process under vacuum.
Automatic pressure gelation process (APG).
Production process is adjustable according to client’s present production methods.
Properties
Two-component saturated cyclic epoxy resin system without pre-mixed fillers, liquid at room temperature.
Low curing shrinkage, good dimensional stability of the parts, excellent processing performance, and superior mechanical and electrical properties.
