Measurement Principle
The system operates by positioning paired bearings and inner spacers on the positioning base. The upper indenter and GT21 high-precision displacement sensor move downward to contact the upper bearing face, applying approximately 1kgf axial force. Displacement (ΔX) is recorded, then inner and outer spacers are installed. Using external triggering, the system stops loading when reaching displacement (ΔX), with the pressure sensor detecting the axial preload force.
