314 stainless steel (S38340) belongs to austenitic heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, mainly composed of chromium (24% -27%), nickel (18% -21%), and silicon (1.5% -2.5%), with the following characteristics:
- High temperature resistance: It can be used for a long time at 1100 ℃ and has excellent creep resistance.
- Corrosion resistance: Suitable for strong corrosive media such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, with a smooth and easy to clean surface.
- Mechanical properties: High tensile strength and yield strength, can be formed through cold/hot processing.
