Ideal for high-temperature furnaces, petrochemical plants, and power generation systems, our ASTM 309S/310S tubes combine superior oxidation resistance with long-term durability in extreme conditions. The difference is that 310S has higher chromium and nickel content, especially with a nickel content increase of about 40%, making its high-temperature performance significantly better than 309S. Their commonality is that they are both resistant to oxidizing acids and weak bases, but not to hydrochloric acid/chloride.
