S31653 (ASTM) / SUS316LN (JIS) is a low-carbon, nitrogen-enhanced austenitic stainless steel designed for superior corrosion resistance and high strength in demanding environments. As a modified version of 316L, it combines molybdenum (Mo) for enhanced pitting resistance with nitrogen (N) for improved mechanical properties.
